CLASSES FOR THE OFFICE
We work with you to find which classes will be the best fit for your team. Don't have fitness equipment or a studio? No problem! As long as you have a conference room, we can take care of the rest.
This class will increase agility and give your physical & mental energy a boost. You will experience short high intensity intervals that will keep you burning calories long after the workout is over.
This class is designed to work your total CORE-that means abdominals, back, and glutes. Whether you’re working on a 6-pack or want to improve your overall level of fitness you can expect to increase your strength, range of motion, balance & stability.
This circuit-based class is a total body workout focused on working each muscle group to complete exhaustion. We will utilize resistance training and body weight methods to achieve maximum results.
This class is a hybrid of our HIIT, CORE & STRENGTH formats and focuses on working with a partner to create an extra layer of motivation.

A week long program with a different offering each day. We’ll help you build your program from our various classes, workshops and events or we can work together to design a custom program for your team.
Choose any one of our classes to host at the end of the workday. After class, attendees can stay to refuel with protein shakes provided by one of our partners
